Payment Options
We accept credit card and bank transfer. To keep your auction access uninterrupted, please settle invoices as soon as they appear in your account.
Shipping Options
All wines are stored in France and shipped to Hong Kong via air freight or sea shipping, with full temperature control throughout the journey.
Air Freight Delivery – I want to uncork my wine soon
- Estimated delivery: As quick as one week. A full delivery schedule is available on our website.
- Rates: €36 for 1 bottle / €72 for 2–12 bottles or 6 magnums
- Note: This is the second-to-last shipment before Christmas
Sea Shipping Delivery – I want to cellar this wine
- Transit time: 30–60 days from France
- Estimated delivery: End of February 2026
- Rates: €48 for 2–12 bottles or 6 magnums
You can also combine multiple orders into one shipment to reduce costs. Free storage is offered for 30 days after purchase; after that, storage is €0.09 per bottle per day.

Taxes and Duties
When your account is registered with Hong Kong as the delivery country, prices shown on our website automatically exclude French VAT.
- Wines (under 30% ABV): Not subject to tax.
- Spirits (over 30% ABV): Subject to duty — 100% on the first HKD 200 and 10% on the remaining amount (for bottles up to 1L).
All import and excise duties are payable by the client. For full details, refer to Hong Kong’s Customs and Excise Department.
Auction Bidding Policy
Bidding on iDealwine is a binding commitment. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Invoices for winning bids are issued immediately and must be settled promptly.
