The iDealwine loyalty programme

vendangeCalling all Privilege customers and Club iDeal members, earn money off your purchases at auction and in fixed-price sales! Here’s how…

The iDealwine loyalty programme is in place to reward our Privilege customers and Club iDeal members. Quite simply, each time you purchase certain wines in our fixed-price sales, you’ll earn discounts off future purchases. Any bottle that is included in the programme will have this icon next to it (just make sure you’re logged in to your account to see it!):

Discounts are valid for up to one year and can be redeemed at any time you wish and on bottles purchased either at auction or in fixed-price sales. What’s more, discounts can be used against pre-existing offers such as bulk quantity discounts.

In case you need reminding, here’s a breakdown of the benefits of becoming a Privilege customer or a Club iDeal member:

Privilege customers

If you have spent more than €1,500 in the last year with us, you automatically become a Privilege customer. Customer spends are reviewed on a 6 month basis (on the 1st May and the 1st November) and benefits include:

  • Access to the loyalty program (3% off most fixed-price sale purchases)
  • Invitations to master-classes, wine fairs and tastings
  • A digital copy of our annual review of the fine wine auction market

Club iDeal members

If you have spent more than €4,000 in the last year with us, you will be automatically upgraded to our Club iDeal membership. Customer spends are reviewed on a 6 month basis (on the 1st May and the 1st November) and benefits include:

  • Access to the loyalty program (5% off most fixed-price sale purchases)
  • Invitations to master-classes, wine fairs and tastings
  • A printed copy of our annual review of the fine wine auction market
