Here in France, we’re adapting to the next stage of the current crisis with a gradual end to confinement. However, the situation is of course variable depending on where you are in the world, so here is a breakdown of how our operations will be evolving over the next weeks.
Firstly, due to constraints and delays in shipping, particularly internationally, we have been offering to store your bottles for free in our warehouses. Please note that this period of free storage will be ending on the 31st May 2020. From the 1st June, our usual storage rates will apply.
If you are planning to have your order shipped before this date, please organise this as soon as possible. There are still some restrictions on shipping depending on the order destination, but these are progressively easing up, so see our deliveries page for more information. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team if you have any queries about your order, preferably by email at email@example.com.
In terms of selling your wine, we are gradually resuming different aspects of this service. However, it is still possible to get your bottles evaluated, starting with a free estimate. If you express an interest in selling your bottles with iDealwine, we will do our best to find a solution for you, even if this may take a little bit longer than usual. Finally, for any clients currently in France who are wondering about the possibility of collecting orders, we are opening this service up again. If you have ordered some wine with us, you can collect it from our warehouse in Colombes, but you must make an appointment first. We will then send some instructions about our new health and safety guidelines so that we can ensure an efficient service while maintaining social distancing. The same is true if you wish to drop off your wines in person. Appointments should be made through customer services at email@example.com.
