Fuori Mondo is a new partner domain, not very well known that shares its name with the Super Tuscans it produces. However, it was their 100% Alicante Nero (the local name for Grenache) that I fell for. It’s a wine that’s perfect for sharing with friends, super fresh, juicy and precise.

The wines from Château de Roquefort: When it’s warm, I opt for the white Genêts and the red Mûres because of their freshness and their drinkability as well as their pretty flavours of the South of France. I also like the rosé Corail; it’s so vibrant and extremely flavourful.

I can recommend these bubbles which I discovered during an iDealwine tasting panel of Champagnes. I didn’t know the label before I tried it, but this bottle really stood out against the other candidates. I love the power of its flavours, its purity and not to mention, it’s attractive price.
