Fixed price new additions | The first scents of summer

With the summer well and truly underway, things are beginning to slow down. Now is a good time to take a moment and discover the bottles we’ve just added to our fixed price selection. There are new vintages and even new domains, without forgetting longstanding partnerships that are making a return. A lovely summer of discoveries awaits!

Burgundy is front and centre with a whole host of new additions. We’ve got Dureuil-Janthial, an acclaimed figure in the Rully appellation offering memorable cuvées. Domaine de Montille stands out with wines that evolve gracefully. Maison Louis Latour has an exceptional viticultural heritage, leaving room for a nice range of prices, some of which are especially pleasing. Then there’s Lecheneaut, a domain crafting wonderfully classic cuvées that express their terroir elegantly.

From the Rhône valley, the emblematic Clos des Papes produces magnificent wines with remarkable consistency on the finest Châteauneuf-du-Pape terroirs. From now you can discover the 2014 vintage. From the northern Rhône, Cuilleron has a large selection of wine crafted from vines in the appellations of Saint-Péray, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph, Côte-Rôtie and Cornas.

Some of the biggest names in Alsace make an appearance here, with Domaine Weinbach, “magical, unbeatable and timeless” according to the RVF, as well as the most recent vintages from Marcel Deiss, one of the region’s finest figures and biodynamic since 1997.

Stock up your Champagne reserves to refresh you throughout the summer with some bottles from Bollinger, a domain that makes wine with personality, or indeed some fizz from Drappier – a longstanding partner domain! – whose Pinot Noir is the trademark cuvée.

From the other regions, Provence continues to offer what it does best: sun, sea and sumptuous wines…without forgetting a little siesta 😉. To get the most out of all of these qualities, Domaine de la Béguda is perfectly placed with vines planted up to 410 metres above sea level – a unique climate for the region!

From the Beaujolais, there’s a new face in our network: Jean-Claude Lapalu, a domain known for its delicate and fruity reds. You’ll already be acquainted with the Loire valley’s iconic Savennières: la Coulée de Serrant, a legend producing biodynamically since 1984!

Now you have the summer ahead of you with all the beauty this entails…Which fragrant wine might you like to accompany a long evening? A fresh and fruity rosé, the burst of an aromatic white, or maybe the vigour of a Côtes-du-Rhône? It’s for you to decide…
