On the 19th of January, we launched our blind tasting competition, sending tiny bottles of a mystery wine to enthusiasts around the world. The premise was simple: taste the wine and tell us what you think it is. Answers were split into country, region, appellation, vintage, and even the specific estate, and you impressed us all with your ideas. The 1st of March arrived, time to reveal the mystery wine, an honour given to Laure who led an Instagram live with…Edouard Miailhe, owner of Château Siran!
And the mystery wine was…
Château Siran 2018! This is the cuvée you got to taste along with 210 other participants across the world. We’d like to congratulate Michael C. (1st), Nicolas R. (2nd) and Sylvain L. (3rd) for getting closest to the right answer!
