Rums steal the limelight
Cane sugar is celebrated throughout this auction with superstars like Caroni which is represented by more than 60 bottles including superb rums from the 1970s and 1980s such as the 34 Year Old 1974 which was bottled in 2008 by Velier or another distillery in 1982 or again by Velier in 2005. There’s also the Demerara range from Velier including a 1985 UF30. Excellent rhums agricole (cane juice rums) also take part such as those from the likes of Neisson, La Favorite, J.M., Clément and Bally.
Whisky from around the world
Besides rums, there’s Japanese, American and Scottish whisky from stars such as Karuizawa, Yamazaki, and Hanyu from Japan, Pappy Van Winkle from the USA, and Springbank, Macallan, Bowmore, and Gordon & Macphail from Scotland.
Cognacs, Armagnacs and Chartreuses
