As you know, France has been put back on lockdown, but here at iDealwine we’d like to reassure you that you can still buy and sell your bottles. All of our processes have been adapted in to maintain shipments, collections, and trips to pick up bottles from your cellar. These are now contactless, respecting a rigorous sanitary protocol.
In the context of new restrictions, the iDealwine team remains fully committed to providing excellent service on all fronts. This is especially important as we head towards the end-of-year sales! We are currently fully operational with enthusiasm intact! We have adapted proceedings based on what we learnt from our last lockdown, and have maintained a strict, sanitary protocol to protect the health of both employees and clients.
Order shipment
Our shipment service will not be changing. Options remain the same in terms of standard and express delivery, and you can calculate the cost of shipment here. If delivery time is set to change at any point, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
We are also planning to open up shipping to Taiwan and Australia in the near future, so keep an eye out for that!
Order collection
If you happen to live in the Paris region and would like to collect your order from our warehouse in Colombes or from the 228 Litres bar in the 9th district, this remains an option. It is within the new government regulations to collect orders from a business. You will need to make an appointment with us, and we will provide a confirmation of appointment for you to carry as proof.
Sellers: pick-up and drop-off ensured
If you wish to sell some of your wines – and now’s the moment to do it! – all of our usual solutions are in place, again following strict sanitary guidelines. You can drop your bottles off at our warehouse, have them picked up by our team, send them on palettes, or use prepaid packaging. Begin by requesting a free estimate, and our team will accompany you in choosing the best method.
- If you are in the area, you may drop off your bottles yourself at our warehouse in Colombes (Paris region). This is a contactless process and you must first receive an estimate for your wines and make an appointment with our selling team, vendeur@idealwine.com
- Our logistics team is available to pick up your bottles directly from your cellar
- For professional sellers, it is possible to send your bottles on a palette to our Colombes warehouse.
- The final option is the use of prepaid packaging. This is often the better option for selling smaller quantities.
