Representing Scottish whiskies is a 60-year-old Glenfarclas distilled in 1953, with a mahogany hue that will definitely appeal to those with a taste for sherry-cask-aged whisky. Islay, with its acclaimed Ardbeg, is also well represented with rare (1972 Ardbeg) and old (1974 Ardbeg DE) bottles. Japan also has a strong showing with distilleries such as Karuizawa, Yamazaki and Yoichi.

Chartreuse bottles stand out for their diversity: 1964 Green VEP (Exceptionally Prolonged Ageing), Episcopale du IIIe Millénaire and Jeroboam bottles.

A fine selection of Scottish whiskies, mainly from Cadenhead, rounds off this auction.

Good luck!
