Bike to Care: Out-of-this-world wine dinner in Paris on 20th March

La bourse in Paris where the Bike to Care is being held

iDealwine is a partner of this extraordinary charity dinner shaped around built around French fine wine (Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Lafite-Rothschild, Haut-Brion, and others).

Encouraged by the success of the first edition which took place in April 2023, the organisers ‘Bike to Care’, a Burgundian cycling race held for charity, decided to hold their exceptional wine dinner again this year. And iDealwine is honoured to support the event again, the profits from which go to the Jean-Claude Vrinat organisation.

The generous wine world is behind the movement. The cycle race completed illustrious Burgundian and Bordelais winemakers will take place on 10 and 11 June in Burgundy. To complement this sporting challenge, an extraordinary evening is being planned. It’ll take place on Wednesday 20 March 2024, starting at 8pm, in the Halle aux Grains in the Bourse du Commerce located in the heart of the city (2 rue de Viarmes, 75001 Paris, France).

A charity dinner to benefit young people who wish to enter into hospitality

‘Bike to Care’ was created to raise funds for restaurant and hospitality associations that help people in difficulty, encourage new vocations and support the training of up-and-coming talent.

All proceeds will go to the Jean-Claude Vrinat Association which provides scholarships for disadvantaged young people wishing to start a career in the hospitality sector. Jean-Claude Vrinat was head of the world-renowned Taillevent restaurant in Paris, and a long-time champion of the French art of service de table.
