Fine Spirits Auction: Unique bottles

Fine Spirits Auction

Fine Spirits Auction ends the French summer beautifully with an exceptional sale. On the programme: an eclectic catalogue bringing together over 1,000 lots covering all the key categories, as well as two new auctions organised in partnership with Whisky Live Paris. The 2025 edition will mark both the 4th charity auction for the benefit of the GoodPlanet Foundation and the 21st edition of Whisky Live, celebrated with a collection of 21 exclusive rums from La Maison & Velier. These special charity auctions will start on 27 September, during the opening of the show, and will continue until 3 October.

This new auction also promises to be prestigious with a selection of historic bottles: 1940 Macallan, 1948 Glen Grant, 1955 Strathisla, 1964 Bowmore, 1966 Springbank, 1967 Ardbeg, 1968 Glendronach, 1972 Clynelish, 1974 Laphroaig, 1981 Talisker and 1983 Port Ellen. Alongside these legendary Scottish single malts, collectors will also find rare Japanese and American vintages (Karuizawa, Yamazaki, Yoichi, Pappy Van Winkle), as well as iconic rums (Caroni, Foursquare, J. Bally, St James, Savanna), not forgetting the highly sought-after Chartreuse.

The charity auction will highlight 20 exceptional lots, displayed throughout the duration of the trade fair at the Grande Halle de la Villette in Paris. Among them, prestigious signatures such as Bowmore, Caroni, Blanton’s, Neisson, Nikka, Chichibu, Hampden and many others, generously offered by partner auction houses.

Finally, exclusive lots will delight rum enthusiasts: the Magnum Series #3 from Hampden Estate, which consists of 21 unique magnums of 1.5 L. Each bottle features an original photograph by Cristina de Middel (Magnum Photos), invited to the Jamaican distillery. These bottles, in addition to their artistic packaging, contain a unique blend to discover.
