New domains, new cuvées, new vintages… iDealwine’s wine sale brings a wind of change with our selection. It has expanded during the summer with many cuvées, fruits of meetings, tastings and the latest favorites of our team. We are pleased to welcome new partner-domains, and we have also received the latest vintages of your favorite domains.Let’s discover them together.
After our vast autumn wine sale, you may want to add a few bottles to your shopping basket, because your favorite wines are not in it yet or because you simply want to optimize a little more your shipping costs. Don’t worry anymore, this new fixed-price sale is perfect for you as it offers (almost) all the best wines and at all prices!
From Burgundy, the choice is I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E! Between Clos de la Roche Vieilles Vignes from Ponsot, Richebourg from Méo-Camuzet, Musigny from Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier and Bonnes-Mares from Georges Roumier, we don’t know where to start! Renowned names figure one after the other in this selection: Liger-Belair, Denis Mortet, Leflaive, Leroy, Henri Boillot, A.-F. Gros, Etienne Sauzet, Georges Mugneret and Arnoux-Lachaux, Coche Dury. Moreover, Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret is one of iDealwine’s new partner-domains, a beautiful name that likes to put forward finesse, with velvety textures and precise maturing, at reasonable prices. You will also find delicious appellations like Richebourg, Grand-Echézeaux, Clos Vougeot, Echézeaux, Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru En Orveaux, Pernand-Vergelesses Les Vergelesses, Nuit-Saint-Georges, Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits Les Dames Huguettes , Marsannay Clos du Roy, Burgundy Cuvée Sapidus and even a « simple » Burgundy at only €15. Other novelties include the 2015 vintage from Comte Armand, Domaine Jean Fournier and Méo Camuzet. If the prestigious renowned names are very well represented in this sale, there are still reasonable prices, with more than forty wines at less than €20, and average-range prices.
From Bordeaux, you will find as always at iDealwine all the “Premiers Crus”, most classified growth from 1855 and top producers from the right bank and Pessac-Léognan. Many wines are offered in beautiful vintages such as 2009, 2010, 2015 and 2016. Smaller budgets should also cheer up with more than thirty wines at less than €20, with for example Tour Haut-Caussan, Le Taillan, Falfas, Closerie des Moussis, Sartre and many others.
From the Rhône, there is an impressive collection of large formats from Chapoutier: Hermitage Le Méal (double-magnum), Saint-Joseph Les Granits (imperial), Côte-Rôtie Les Bécasses and La Mordorée (double-magnum), Hermitage Chante-Alouette (imperial), Ermitage l’Ermite (magnum). Many other beautiful bottles are waiting just for you, such as Michel and Stéphane Ogier or Jean-Michel Gerin, Condrieu from Georges Vernay, Châteauneuf-du-Pape from Henri Bonneau or Beaucastel Hommage à Jacques Perrin, Cornas from Auguste Clape, Hermitages from Jean-Louis Chave, or even Château-Grillet. Once again, about 50 wines do not exceed €20.
From the Loire, Clos Rougeard wines can’t wait to join your cellars, as well as the rare Pouilly-Fumé Clos du Calvaire from Dagueneau (from a micro plot of 2000 square meters) or Mont Damné Chavignol from Dagueneau too, but also François Chidaine, Alphonse Mellot, Huet, François Cotat. The vintage 2014 of Chinon from Charles Joguet has also arrived.
From Champagne, two new houses have become iDealwine partner-domains: Pol Roger and Bourgeois Diaz. The first one, very famous, has always been part of our favorite champagnes. It is a family-owned domain that has a superb vineyard and produces quite winey champagnes, precise and distinctive. The Winston Churchill 2004 is exceptional. The second one, discovered recently, is one of the booming references from the region, very fashionable among organic/natural consumers, with high-level champagnes, full of character. To discover absolutely! As always, you will also find here the greatest Champagnes (Agrapart, Selosse, Jacquesson, De Sousa, Egly-Ouriet, Larmandier-Bernier, Deutz, Laherte Frères, Olivier Horiot, Suenen, Chartogne-Taillet, Drappier, Françoise Bedel et Fils).
From other regions, the choice is vast, challenging and tempting. How is it possible to resist to a Pinot Gris Quintessence de Grains Nobles Cuvée d’Or from Weinbach, Chateau-Chalon from Jean Macle, Jurançon from Jardins de Babylone, Grange des Pères or Muntada from Gauby? And to make it even worse, the choice is just as cornelian with worldwide wines!
Wishing you pleasant discoveries!
