With this auction, we’re putting out the red carpet for the great wines of Bordeaux and the illustrious white wines of Burgundy.
The choice of fine wines from Burgundy in this sale is simply astonishing! Let’s take the Coche-Dury as an example: this sale combines an extremely rare vertical of Corton-Charlemagne (2007-2012) with great vintages of Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières and 1er Cru Caillerets and even Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères. Other mythical white wines are the 1982 Montrachet from Comtes Lafon, the 2001 Meursault Les Narvaux from Domaine d’Auvenay or the 2010 Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Referts from the extremely popular Arnaud Ente (several cuvées are available in this sale), and the Meursault Premier Cru Perrières in the 2010 vintage from Jean-Marc Roulot.
For the Pinot noir devotees among you, fear not, for we have an excellent selection of wines from Leroy, Jacky Truchot, Claude Dugat and even Georges Roumier. If you are looking for a bargain, we would recommend keeping an eye on certain wines from the Côte Chalonnaise, in the Mâconnais (Héritiers du Comte Lafon), Givry (Joblot) or Fixin (Méo-Camuzet).
In Bordeaux, our stars bottles include a rare Caisse Duclot in the 1995 vintage, some 2010 Lafite-Rothschild and several lots of Petrus, with the mythical vintages of 1989 and 1990 up for sale. The finest Bordeaux Grands Crus are included in this auction, in outstanding vintages, amongst which a 1961 Château-Margaux, 2000 Mouton-Rothschild, 1982 Ducru-Beaucaillou, 2001 Latour, 2005 Haut-Brion… This auction also offers a profusion of excellent dessert wines: 2001 Yquem, 1989 Clinet, 1988 and 1989 Fargues, 2001 Rieussec, 1990 Lafaurie-Peyraguey, 1990 Rayne-Vigneau.

We’ve been dreaming of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Vieille Julienne, the cuvée Da Capo from domain Pegaü, the Cornas from Auguste Clape, from Château des Tours, the mythical Hermitage from Jean-Louis Chave…. In the Loire, an abundance of wines from Clos Rougeard awaits you (35 lots!).
