cros parantoux auction

Burgundy is staring in this sale with 1,500 bottles: Emmanuel Rouget in particular with Echézeaux (2006, 2007, 2008), Nuits-Saint-Georges (1996, 2001, 2011, 2012), Vosne-romanée, Cros Parantoux (1995, 1996, 2007, 2008, 2011) and Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru les Beaux-Monts (1995, 2006, 2007, 2008). Wine connoisseurs will note Armand Rousseau, with its Chambertin and Chambertin Clos de Bèze. Domaine de la Romanée Conti is also present with La Tâche 1970, 1994 and Grands-Echézeaux 2008. Don’t miss Drouhin-Laroze, Jacques Prieur, and this great case of Beaune Clos des Mouches 2008 from Joseph Drouhin.

Bordeaux has not been left behind. At the top of the pyramid, find 15 vintages of Château Mouton Rothschild, 13 of Latour and other verticals from the Left Bank: Margaux, Montrose, Sociando Mallet, Léoville Las Cases, Léoville Poyferré, Lynch Bages… In Saint Emilion and Pomerol, you’ll find a large choice of vintages and wines including the legendary Petrus, Cheval Blanc and Pavie.

One of our favourite Alsace is well represented, in this auction, the Riesling Clos Saint Hune from domaine Trimbach, available in 8 vintages from 1983 to 2006 as well as the Grand Cru Hengst from Josmeyer. Alsace doesn’t only produce grands crus and you’ll find a large selection and many vintages from the region at all price like these Gewurztraminers Vendanges Tardives from Cave du Roi Dagobert.

In Rhône, beyond the 1,000 bottles on sale, you’ll find the most prestigious names like Hermitage La Chapelle from Jaboulet (1978, 1983, 1989, 1990, 1995, 1998, 1999), the Ermitages from Chapoutier or the famous Côte-Rôtie from Guigal (Brune et Blonde, La Landonne, La Mouline, La Turque). In Southern Rhône, enjoy the best of Châteauneuf-du-Pape with Domaine de la Janasse, Paul and Laurence Féraud, Clos du Caillou or the wines from Pascal and Vincent Maurel.

Champagne is getting more and more traction on iDealwine’s auctions. Don’t miss the very rare Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Françaises 1997 and the great RD 1979 and 1997, the many cuvées of Dom Pérignon and the 6 vintages on sale of both La Grande Dame and Veuve Clicquot Vintage.

In the 300 lots from Loire Valley, note Clos Rougeard, Alphonse Mellot and Dagueneau, in Beaujolais the acclaimed Domaine des Terres Dorées, in Jura Stéphane Tissot, in Bandol, Pibarnon, Tempier and Trévallon, and of course the celebrated Grange des Pères from Languedoc.

For those who are looking for original wooden cases, there are 45 cases available.

Outside of France, an interesting collection of Brunello di Montalcino, Port, old Riojas, Murcia, Castilla y Leon, Californian… ready to bid?
